This seesms to be a common problem for users installing the PWR-2811-AC-IP to provide inline power to the HWIC-4ESW-POE, but I can't seem to find a solution to my own situation. I have both of these installed in a 2811 and I can't not get inline power to my phones. I would be grateful if someone could help. After installing the power unit, do I need to run a command for inline power to work? I noticed that the PWR-2811-AC-IP is identical in appearance to the power unit I replaced it with. Are there any other connections besides the one to the motherboard that need to be done?
