can we terminate Site-to-site VPN between ASA and Juniper?



Yes you should be able to do that as long as the Juniper supports IPSEC. Have a look at this link -

Note that Netscreen firewalls are now owned by Juniper. The pix config is for 6.3 but it can easily be modified to 7.x code for the ASA. The above link is just to show that you can create site-to-site VPNs between different vendors firewalls.
