I got 2 sites, both with 3750 installed and they are connected using 2 ISP. I found the command "ip load-sharing per-packet" is not supported on 3750. How can I distribute traffic evenly over the 2 links?

Per-flow balancing, that is the optimal method.
Per-packet introduces out-of-order arrival and must be avoided.

You cannot, beside a 3750 is not apt for connecting to ISP.

So there is nothing we can do to make the situation better? Would disabling route cache help a bit?
Also, there seems to be a table that stores the destination address of traffic. Would this table has a timeout value? Thanks.

You have a L3 switch, there is no route cache and stuff like that.
The device is already operating at its best, if you want more options, get a true router.

Thanks for your reply. What if there are 2 or more optimal routes to the same destination network? How would it forward the packet?
