Win2003 64 bit IPSec remote access client?

I want to connect my Windows 2003 R2 64-bit server to different remote networks via IPSec, the same way a remote user would log in with a Cisco VPN client. The problem is that I cannot find a 64-bit IPSec client (Cisco or 3rd party) that runs on 2003. Did anybody try this before and had it working?

Thanks

Peter

Hi,

Cisco intended to use the Anyconnect (SSL) client for the 64-bits OS now.

But, there is a BETA IPsec VPN client from Cisco available for 64-bit:

vpnclient-winx64-msi-5.0.07.0240-k9-BETA.exe

According to the release notes, it is only for Vista and Windows 7 (not for Windows 2003), but you might give it a try.

Federico.

Sorry, the Cisco IPsec VPN client was never intended for Server OS.
