Missing Records in CDR

Hi All,


We are using Call Manager version 7.1.3.10000-11. The problem which we faing is that for any extension when we fetch CDRs , we get the reports but some information is missing. That is if the user has made outgoing calls for 10 times , we get report only for 5 calls .Same is happening for incoming calls as well.


This is happening for almost all extensions.


We are also getting warning messages as below:


Tbl_Billing_Data and tbl_Billing_Error Table status
  No. of records in Tbl_Billing_Data: 8908
  No. of records in Tbl_Billing_Error: 2416
  Latest record in Tbl_Billing_Data: Mar 31, 2010
  Oldest record in Tbl_Billing_Data: Feb 1, 2010
  Latest record in Tbl_Billing_Error: Mar 31, 2010
  Oldest record in Tbl_Billing_Error: Feb 1, 2010



Can somebody help on the same?
