Dear all,

I want to install OS patches on our IPCC system but not sure if the normal patches downloaded from MS site would suffice or i should check for patches on Cisco site. Any advice on way forward would be appreciated.

Regards,

Nnamdi

Cisco cover the process here.

Impact Assessment Bulletin

Until April 2008, all Microsoft security update assessment notices were published as Field Notices. Starting May 2008, the Impact Assessment bulletin is published on Cisco Security Center and is available as a free RSS feed. You can obtain the Impact Assessment bulletin by visiting Cisco Security Center at http://www.cisco.com/security, click on IntelliShield Event Responses, select the month/year of the bulletin required, and then look for Cisco Contact Center and Self Service Products Impact Assessment section.

The bulletin from the March 10 security patches is here

Hi

UCCX or UCCE?

For UCCX - you must get your patches from the Cisco download site. Helpfully(!), Cisco place these in the CallManager 4.3 OS Updates section, as that product happens to use the same OS.

For UCCE - someone else will comment
