Calls are being reverted back to F5 window when call in answered during first ring

Hi all

Let's try this again

I'm running CUCM 7.1 with Cisco Unified Department Attendant Console. When the receptionist transfers the call to an extension, the call is reverted back to the F5 window when the call is answered on the
first ring, the call is displayed in the F5 window as unknown. Only if the call is answered on the second ring does the call go through. Please help!
