Hi
Yesterday I went to Tyco Technologies to test the TouchScreen with DMP4400g.
I turn on the touch screen on DMP, selected the Elo, save, restart and the touch don't works. After restart, on DMP, the driver touch loaded is Elo.
Anybody already tested DMP with Elo Touchscreen?
Thanks
Peterson

sorry for the confusion, what i meant was for "ELO" touchscreens we only support
APR technologies. For the other drivers, information can be found here:

Peterson,
Sorry for the Delay...
Currently, Our DMPs only support ELO APR (Acoustic Pulse Recognition) systems.
Which ELO Touchscreen do you have? (Model# and Touch Technology)
Also, How are you connecting the ELO to the DMP? What Cables are you using?
When the ELO Driver is enabled, saved, and the DMP is restarted; the DMP & the ELO
must Calibrate first. You will see a dialog box on the Display. If you did not see this then, the
two devices have NOT calibrated and the TOUCH portion will NOT work...
Cheers!
T.

Hi Thomas
Yes, I discovered this on last weekend...
I will go on Tyco again on next days, now with ELO APR (Acoustic Pulse Recognition) systems.
But, now, I have another 2 questions:
1 - the ELO APR is proprietary technology so, on DMP has anothers options of Touchscreen like 3M and General Touch, so the touchscreen of this supply don't works?
2 - In what document, the Cisco say that just on ELO APR techonolgy touchscreen, the DMP4400g works? On documentation guide don't say.
Thanks
Peterson
