Got a situation where we can't locate the credentials used for the Application Administrator into the Presence Administration Web Page. We can get into the OS Admin side though. Do any of you know how one can find this out? Would Cisco TAC have acces to the OS Admin via ROOT and locate this? ...hopin we don't have to rebuild it.

Or for CUPS 6x:

Bill,
Many thanks for the reply. This was what I was lookin for exactly for the pwd reset.
Unfortunately, I though the customer just changed the pwd for Presence that's why we couldn't get in. I found out later from Cisco TAC that if you rebuilt CallManager (not restore from backup) from the ground up, you WILL have to rebuild Presence as well due to the internal certs not matching up between the servers anymore.
Thanks though...
