Solved: Which Smartnet Contract?

Hey everyone,

We've just purchased anew 2821, however the software is out of date and I don't have a CCO login. So my question is, what smartnet contract will give me access to downloads (vpn client software, SDM updates, etc), without breaking the bank? The list of contracts is daunting! We don't require any sort of on-site service or hardware replacement services.

The most cost effective SmartNet is 8x5xNBD (next business day). It will always start with CON-SNT-. If you have the base 2811, the part number to order is CON-SNT-2811
