In which product i can get all the below,I have currently LMS 3.0 what i can pull from LMS and what i have to order for pulling all of the below reports.

Network   Availability within LAN

Network Latency within LAN
Network Packet Loss (within  LAN)
Network Utilisation (within  LAN)

Replies will be highly appreciable.

IPM with IP SLA can show you availability, packet loss, and latency.  For utilization, you will need to install the Health and Utilization Monitor add-on which was included with LMS 3.0.1 and higher.  You get a free 90-day eval, but after that, you will need to purchase a license.  With it, you can setup pollers to watch interface utilization, then generate reports, look at top interfaces, and graph utilization over time.
