SA520 not properly adjusting time for DST

We're finding that no matter the NTP server we specify, our SA520 insists on being on EST and not DST even though we changed over to DST on 14 March 2010 and we have the "Automatically Adjust for Daylight Savings Time" checked on the SA520.  My question is what date does the SA520 aasume DST starts on?  This could be a signifigant legal issue for logging if detailed date/time stamps were ever needed.

I didn't really look at this the past couple of weeks, but mine appears to be correct this morning.  Is your correct this morning?  What timezone setting do you have on your SA520? 

I will find out what date the software changes on.
