There are 2 routers which are in pair connected to providers upstream cloud with diverse links. the connectivity
on this router is leased ethernet circuits with multiple connections sharing one of the router interfaces, while another interface is unused.
Another connection to mpls cloud is being discussed upon to enable communication to subsidaries.
idea is to have one link failover to another if there is any link down state on one router. The same needs to
happen for mpls.
query is to how do we achieve this.hsrp wont suffice as it will cause the the other leased links to failover in case
one of mpls link has issues.
Thanks in advance for advise.

Can you knock up a quick diagram of what you want the network layout to be ?

attached is a sketch for the query. the subsidaries are planning to join in via the lease line/mpls clouds to this entity. i'am trying to find a way where the failover for bgp sessions transfers from one router to other without affecting the state of branch offices or viceversa.
both routers on the top are running bgp with the 2 routers from each branch offices.
let me know if i am still not clear enough.
Thanks!
