need some advice on the below.
i have a pair of VPN 3000 Concentrator.

i receive complains from my users when they try to connect their avaya phone to the vpn from their home connection.
the voice quaility was poor and the voice break up intermittently.
is there any thing that i should look out for in order to troubleshoot this issue/
im seeing a incrementing of drop packet under IPSec (Phase 2) Statistics , does that mean anything at all?
