I have a custom script developped in CUE 7.0.4 to be used as AA.The system is Unity Express ver 7.0.4 and is in a service-module inside a 2821 chassis implemented as SRST.
There is a step in which the system introduces a menu with options to reach different departments: Dial-by-Extension Menu (in Media palette):
-Dial by Name: press *
-Reach Sales: press 1
-Reach Human Reosurces: press 2
and so on.
Well, when the caller press his election, the system tries to redirect the inbound call to a hunt group pointing to his Hunt Pilot.
Then the system drops the call.
I have configured another AA system (it seems to be the same configuration) in other location and the system is able to reach a hunt group after the caller press his election from the menu to be transferred to a department. There is no mailbox assigned to the hunt pilots or unity user assigned.
Please, Anybody could help me?
