Is it possible to downgrade the DMP firmware from 5.2 to 5.1, if so I noticed that I did not receive a CD with the 5.1 firmware, how do I extract this from the DMP or DMS to a storage source to load to the DMP.

Sue,
Sorry for your issue...
Please contact your Cisco Account Rep or Partner that you purchased the DMP from.
They will be able to provide you with the DMS 5.1 firmware for the DMP Downgrade.
Make sure that you provide them the Model Number of the DMP. The DMP 4305 will
require a Kernel & Firmware downgrade. The Upgrade\Downgrade should be performed
from the DMP itself.
Cheers!

I already am licensed for 5.1, I am just looking for a method to download it from the player or media manager for the 4400. Any other thoughts?

Licensing is not the issue.
The image is about 150mb and is not currently downloadable via www.cisco.com.
The Cisco SE\AR or Partner can get the image for you on a CD.

Tomas,
Thanks, I contacted TAC and they sent me a like.
