Hi all,
When I do the inventory update for all the devices, I always have 3 switches which can't be updated for inventory. The inventory collection for them always say "Device sensed, but collection failed "
I got IC_server.log for that switch:

Is this a bug or something? My RME is 4.3.0. Thanks for your help!

You need to move to 12.1(19)EA1 or later and this problem will be resolved. This is a problem in the IOS not supporting the ENTITY-MIB.
