Unity 7.0 installation problem

Hello

When I am installing Unity 7.0, i face tis error attached in as a pic.


any body faced this issue before ? and any solution ?

This is a duplicate thread.  Most folks are checking IP Telephony and UC Apps so you only really need to post to one of these.  I assume questions likes yours makes more sense in UC Apps, but I replied to your thred in IP Telephony.  Oh well....

Would you mind reposting the screen shot but with a clear view of not only the file being copied but also the folder path?  In addition, can you navigate to the folder path where this is to be copied and attach that as a screen shot as well?

Additional info needed:

MCS Server Type?

Unity installation - New install or upgrade?

DVD media from Cisco OR DVD media copied from CCO and burned as ISO?

OS built from Platform Config discs or commercial copy of Windows (if so, confirm it is Win2k3).

the path is not complete also on my server.

MCS Server Type? -------- it is Dell poweredge 2950. should this make any problem ?

Unity installation - New install or upgrade? --------- fresh installation

DVD  media from Cisco OR DVD media copied from CCO and burned as ISO? ........... from Cisco DVDs i got when I ordered the unity

OS  built from Platform Config discs or commercial copy of Windows (if so,  confirm it is Win2k3). ..... from license copy of windows 2003 enterprise. not from platform disk.

I believe you have a hardware support problem.  Take a look here for the supported platforms list for Unity (Shipped from Cisco and/or provided by the customer).

As Hailey notes here and I note in the dupe thread: https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3048423#3048423 the hardware you are using is not officially supported by Cisco.
