I have setup a pickup group on callmanager 4.3 and used the drop down to add it to all the lines in the group

However when tested by calling one of the numbers and trying to pick up from one of the other phones in the same pickup group by  Lifting  the hand set, press “more” then GPickup. At this point you hear 2 beeps then nothing

Any Ideas what could be cauing this?
