I have a problem with my CISCO Router, it's 1720 CISCO router series, it was configured for Intranet and i don't know what happens for it, because i can't enter to it's interface using Console port, and i don't arrive to ping to it's adrees IP.
I change the Router by other which named HUAWAI and the interface start normally
If you can tell me if it's a hardware problem OR software (OS)
If there is a solution of this problem ??

I agree with Paolo. We don't know where to begin to help you if you can't have console access to the router.
