HELP! Unity users enter voicemail password then get dead air.

Our voicemail appears to be down for the users.

Unity Call handlers are working, and when you call in you can leave a message.

But, when that user checks their voicemail, after entering their PIN, they get dead air.

Also, the users are not recieving their voicemails in there email as they normaly do.

I've run the permissions wizard check and everything passes.

Exchange Servers seem fine otherwise.

First, take a look at the Application logs on the Unity server and look to see if there is a message logged indicating Unity has lost connection to the backend (Exchange).  If so, you can first restart the Unity services and see if that reinitates things.  If not, a reboot is typically the quickest method.

Secondly, is this all users or only some users (particularly new users)?
