Removing old queues and route points

We would like to do some cleanup of our phone system queues. I have been getting mixed suggestions on doing this. What is the best order to follow in removing the queue, application and route points. Is it best to remove the route points from IPCC or callmanager? I am concerned about syncronization getting hosed between IPCC and callmanager.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I would remove in the following order:

1. CTI Route Points/JTAPI triggers

2. Telephony Groups/CTI Ports

3. Application

4. Script

5. Prompts

6. Queues

Remove the CTI Route Points/CTI ports from UCCX. It should take care of removing the items from CUCM. That depends on the versions you are using.
