We have around 2000 PI phones and we have requirement received from customer that they need different ring tone for every line of IP phone.
I don't know this is possible or not if it is possible please send me the link how can I configure using Cisco Phone Application Suite

This is something that users can configure themselves directly on the IP phone. When they go into the ring settings, you can select a default ring tone which will default to all lines OR you can choose each line individually and set a different tone for each line. Again, this is a user configuration - not an administrative one.
