Jamil,

Fortunately, Cisco can still generate a new license for you. You can work through TAC or you can send a message to [email protected]. They will want to know the Sales Order number which documents the fact you are entitled to the additional node license. The Cisco Sales Order number will be on the packing slip and it will be on the invoice from the vendor you purchased the equipment from. If you can't find it there, then you can talk to your Cisco AM or your partner AM. Either/both can get this information for you. With the Sales Order number, the MAC address of your publisher node, and brief explanation the Cisco licensing team should be able to send you a new license file.

HTH.

Regards,

Bill
