ASA- RA VPN - users disconnected when they open CItrix or Microsoft Outlook

We recently moved off of a VPN 3005 Concentrator, to an ASA 5510 (8.2(2)), and while all the users connect to the same IPSEC group, only a few seem to have this problem.


They have reported that they can successfully connect, but when they open Outlook, an RDP session, or Citrix, everything locks up and their tunnel is disconnected.


If I am reading the logs correctly, then the reason given for the tunnel being deleted is "Lost Service".


What is making troubleshooting difficult is that I can't seem to duplicate it with the equipment I have in front of me.  It so far has been people's PCs at home, and one lady in our Germany office (I'm in Texas).


I had the one fellow who reported that an RDP session kicked him off the VPN try it with MY laptop and he VPN'd in using his credentials, then RDP'd to his own desktop, and there were no problems..


Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
