Cisco SIP Phone 3951 can't send DTMF

Hi Everybody,

My UC System includes the following:

02 CUCM 6.1 Cluster
01 Unity Connection 2.0
01 Voice Gateway 3825 with 12 FXO
Cisco IP Phone 7911
Cisco SIP Phone 3951

Cisco IP Phone 7911 do inbound and outbound call very well. But only Cisco SIP Phone 3951 can't send DTMF when meet Auto-attendants of Internal system (Unity Connection) and External System ( PSTN). I upgraded latest firmware for SIP Phone 3951 but still no lucks. Please give me some advises !

There's a note re: DTMF on the release notes for these phones:

Have you tried following the steps there?
