CAD statistics always shows Called Party Number = '1' for Outbound Calls

We are using IPCC Enterprise v7.2(4) and CAD v7.2(1)SR2 working since more than a year.

We have noticed recently that CAD Agent Real Time Statistics shows '1' as Called Party Number for manual outbound calls done from CAD or even directly from IP Communicator. (Please see screen shot attached)

What may be the issue?

I remember this problem. I opened a TAC case on it.

I thought it was fixed in a CAD SR but you seem to be up to date.

Can you confirm that you have on most of your major CAD services. Run VersionInfo.exe from Progarm Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin.

By the way, you should come up to ICM 7.2(7).
