Not all phones showing up in the CUE GUI.

Hey guys,

I have a UC540 and we are using 725Gs. All the phones show up in the CUE gui except for 4 of them. These 4 phones were added to the system as we grew more. I was not able to add them through the GUI so I just did it through the command line. Doing it through the command line is fine, but now they wont show up in the CUE GUI. Any ideas. Not really a problem for me, but the secratary manages the extensions and crap and she needs to use the GUI.

Hi Gear Misner,

If you log into the GUI again, and Syncronise the CUE to the CME it should come up and ask you if you want to add these users in, it will give you the option to enable CFNA and Mailboxes for those 4 users.

NOTE: The ephones must have usernames and passwords on them for the GUI to recognise them and add them.
