I have to implement  Network Redundancy in my Office environment, currently have a single ASA

5510 and WS-C3560-48TS      . What should i implement , so in case if one device goes down the other comes up. Also can i implement Active Active feature with ASA 5510 ?

Please provide me some ideas.
