No basically, the 4500 does not have a supervisor that will provide that switching capacity. So you would need to look at either the 6500 or Nexus switches for that type of throughput.

As suggested by Jon 4500 series with sup 6-E can only support til 320 Gbps and 250 Mpps of throughput for higher range need to move to 6500 series,check out the below link for more information
