i have 12 public IP's on my wan interface - ofcourse the interface is configured with a static primary ip. Lets say the wan ip is : 188.8.131.52
We have ip range from 100 to 112.
Is it possible to create a VPN from a router in the outside world, and into lets say ip: 184.108.40.206 ??
I can not find any way to do this, except i use the primary wan ip (.100)
Is it possible ?

No, it is not supported to use virtual ip address on the ASA to terminate the VPN tunnel. VPN tunnel needs to be terminated on the WAN/outside interface.
