I wont to khown How to change logo cisco in the call manager express by the logo of my company . I use ip phone 79XX .

I khow how to change the backgroud ! But I wont to change The Logo cisco . I khow It's possible cause I see it somewhere in one company. The man use 7912 and 7960 7970 etc...

Which logo on which phones? The only log that all the 79xx phones have in common is printed on the case; if you want to change that you will need some stickers printing up.
If you mean the small logo on the 7912 phones, then see this post:

For the 7940/7960s, you can set up an Idle URL page, as you can't change the background.

Yes the small logo on the 7912 phones. But I wont to do it for all the ip phone 79XX is it possible?

That really doesn't make sense.
You can change the 7912 logo on 7912s, and the 7905 (essentially the same as a 7912). You can't change it on any other 79xx phone, as that logo doesn't exist on those models...
Newer phones have a method as outlined in the earlier post to apply a background image.
