Is it possible to put a call on hold at an ext and pick that call up at any other ext? I'd like to be able to put a call on hold at any ext and pick it up at any ext. Is this possible?
i guess that call park will work better for your purposes... you can park the call from one extension (it's placed in a "parking lot" where the other end will be hearing the MOH) and unpark it from a different extension.
