I have a customer who is facing problem with calls coming @ reception.
The call flow of customer is " on main number one welcome prompt is playing (via unity connection 1.x) the welcome prompt has option of for operator press 0 & for Direct Extension press 1, if a caller press 0 then call goes to reception, & on receptionist desktop Attendant Console software is running & receptionist recivess call via attendant console.....
The problem is When a caller press 0, so instead of call goes to receptionist, it goes on silent continuously... i restarted CTI & Attendant Console service then problem resolved but after 3 days the problem came back again with the same situation !!!
My customer has CCM 5.1 + Unity Connection 1.X !!!
can any one suggest what could be the problem or what should i do ???
