Is there any way to run a cli command that will show how the switches are numbered (1,2,3 and so on) from the front display panel. I want to verify physically the switches in the stack.

show switch @ the cli will indicate which is the stack master
from the front panel pressing the mode button until you reach the "stack" setting - all switches will blink the number they are in the stack
from interfce x/1 to x/9
