Hi, probably a basic question but hoping someone can assist. I have a client with this on site and it has 3x GB connections.  We have connected ST-SC copper fibre converter cables to this however on the other end the fibre switch is only 10/100 and there are no lights on the 2048 GB ports and the cables are not working. I'm wanting to know if its going from GB  to 10/100 that would be the problem?  Thanks for any help.
