Have you seen the new 2960S model?  Cisco has "rolled" the functionality of the 2350 and 2975 into the new 2960S.

Have you also seen the new 3560X and 3750X series?

Before we can answer your question can you tell us what are you trying to achieve?

The selling point for the 2350 is a top-of-the-rack server switch with 10Gb uplinks.  It also has a forwarding rate comparable to the 3750.  Check the new 2960S, particularly the WS-C2960S-48TD-L.  It's a 48-port switch with 10Gb support and capable of stacking.  I believe these two points make for a better choice as compared to a 2350.

I would like to know the software features difference among Catalyst 2350, 2960, 3560/3750E.  If someone insisted to use Cat2350, there is no simple features comparison table (esp. L2 features) available to up sell Cat2960/S/3560/3750/E/X.  HW side is easy to do the comparison.

As far as I know, the 2350 have the LAN Base image while the 2960 has the LAN Base and LAN Lite.  The 3560/3750 have the IP Base, IP Services.  The 3560E/3750E have the Universal IOS.
