Hi naisamuddin,

Can you please confirm that the VM you created for the hunt-group "850" is a Group Delivery Mail Box (GDM)?

Please also check if the following information is in the running configuration:

voice translation-rule 2002
rule 1 /^6/ //

voice translation-profile XFER_TO_VM_PROFILE
translate redirect-called 2002

dial-peer voice 2000 voip
description ** cue voicemail pilot number **
translation-profile outgoing XFER_TO_VM_PROFILE
destination-pattern 893
b2bua
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.1.10.1
voice-class sip outbound-proxy ipv4:10.1.10.1
dtmf-relay sip-notify
codec g711ulaw
no vad

ephone-dn  86
number 6... no-reg primary
description ***CCA XFER TO VM EXTENSION***
call-forward all 893

The above is only an example, however for your Hunt Group VM:

ephone-hunt 1 longest-idle
pilot 9
list 098, 099
final 6850

timeout 30, 30

The above is what I would think you would want to do, this way it goes to the particular Voice Mail, you will also need to make VMB 850 a GDM otherwise it wont work, well not that I can see anyway.

I hope the above makes sense to you.

Did you use CCA 2.2.2 to configure the system?

Cheers,

David.

The timeout on the huntgroup has to be shorter than the call-forward noan timeout on the extensions. I ran into the same problem (I assume it gets disconnected instead of going to voicemail), and logged a TAC case for it, however they would not accept this was a bug.... their workaround was using a 3rd extension as an overlay extension instead of a huntgroup, but I dont think this is an acceptable workaround. I am still trying to find a good solution. If anyone else knows, please post here?
