We have a receptionist who is having issues with dialing out using Attendant Console. It happens only with her.
"when she makes a call using AC, the call is made via second line (Manager's Line). We have checked every possiblity "auto select primary line", use primary line to make a call. Even changed her IP Phone and reinstalled her Attendant Console.
