Attendant Console Dial Out Issue

Hello,

We have a receptionist who is having issues with dialing out using Attendant Console. It happens only with her.

"when she makes a call using AC, the call is made via second line (Manager's Line). We have checked every possiblity "auto select primary line", use primary line to make a call. Even changed her IP Phone and reinstalled her Attendant Console.

Here are system information,

Call Manager 6.1.4

Attendant Console 6.1.2c

Windows XP SP2

Any ideas..

Try to install the new TSP from Install Plugins in CCM Admin.

Do you mean to say.. i need to download TSP from Install Plugin and install is on receptionist PC?
