Viewmail for Notes locks up Lotus Notes

hello

i have unity connection 8.0 system and have notes version 8.02 on windows XP. I have installed VMN v8.0 on notes and configured an IMAP account to connection server. All works fine until I shutdown the client and try and reopen, it just hangs there? All was ok with notes before VMN was loaded.

I end up having to remove notes and reinstall. Anyone seen similar issues, please advise,

Please confirm compatibility amongst all pieces based on what's listed as supported in this link: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/connection/compatibility/matrix/cucclientmtx.html#wp57584

If all versions are supported together as per the link noted above, I suggest you open a TAC case to get some assistance.
