CUCM 7.1 graceful shutdown script with unsupported UPS

Hi,

"Everyone" will know this:

For unsupported Cisco Unified Communications Manager releases, MCS  models and/or UPS vendor/make/models, you can cause an external script  to monitor the UPS. When low battery gets detected, you can log on to  Cisco Unified Communications Manager by using Secure Shell (SSH), access  the CLI, and execute the utils system shutdown command.

From this  doc;

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/rel_notes/6_1_3/cucm-rel_note-613a.html#wp521871

I'm not familiar with writing scripts, so I'd like to know if anyone ever did this and if so, maybe he/she could help me creating this *.bat (??) file.

My goal is to get a windows server to run this script before it shuts down. I know how to manage this, but the actual script is my problem.
