I have a licensed WCS for 2500 Access Points, and need to add more APs.

Which is the maximun APs that I can license?

A single WCS can be licensed and handle 3000 APs.

I have another question. I have a WCS with BASE LICENSE, and need to implement location services. I know that I need to buy a LOCATION LICENSE. It is sufficient, or is required to implement the 2700 location apliance??

Without the Location/Plus license you should not even be able to see the Mobility Services section on WCS. You will definitely want a license if you want to use the features of your location appliance.
