When trying to upgrade a CTS-1000, it fails and gives the message in the logs "ERROR: Codec firmware upgrade is disabled".
Every other unit in our network upgrades OK. The Cisco documentation I have seen says "Contact TAC for assistance". Anyone able to shed light on this issue? Is it a setting somewhere?
Thanks,

That means :
Auto Upgrade flag is set to False
you need root access (which we have) to change that Flag
open a TAC case with us and one of my colleagues should be able to change that

As in you would need to connect to our network to gain access?
Unfortunately that is not possible as this is a highly classified government network with no internet access whatsoever.
Is there any other way?
