I want to know how can I have Campus manager as a real time topology view to find out my disconnected links

No, this is not possible right now. Campus is not real time.

You can depending on the size of the network increase the frequency of the data collection.

An option has been added to ping the hosts but there is no check of any link.

The alerts of DFM can be shown in campus, a little icon gets placed near the symbol of the device.
