some notes follow:
I see that most routes are internal or inter area and they fall down all at the same time.
You can check with
sh ip ospf neighbor detail
the uptime of each OSPF neighbor
you can check with
sh log
if you see any OSPF neighbor flapping over time
you may have a link so used that OSPF fails over it because neighbor doesn't see OSPF hellos.
What IOS platform are you using? Not all IOS routers have a system hidden queue for routing protocol messages, you may need to setup appropriate QoS to protect OSPF packets to give them some resources
check also interface counters on fas0/0 and fas0/1
