Good Day - We have a IPCC 4.0 and CM 4.1 being used for a small call center. Lately, we have been tracking some inbound numbers where the people / person just hang on the line and have a smart comment every now and again. Our agents have been keeping track of the numbers and it appears they are being spoofed. Our gateway is MGCP with 2 PRI. Is there anyway to route these inbound spoofed numbers to a mailbox or just block them all together? No H323 here just MGCP. Thanks.

Yes, IPCC can look at caller ID. Use the "Get Call Contact Info" step to store the caller ID in a variable and then use an If statement to decide what to do with the call based on this information.
Hope this helps.

You cannot route based on calling number with MGCP. Would need to move to H.323.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Brandon. Appreciate the response. One more thing, would it be possible in ipcc to route the calling number to a bogus location via scripting.
Appreciate it.
