How to configure a CRS application in the Voice gateway

Dear All,

I am very new to Cisco VOIP solution. We installed CCX software at our lab. We developed a sample application using CCX editor and we are able to invoke the application through CUCM extension.

I hope the IVR application developed using CCX editor can be directly called from the voice gateway, however no idea how to configure it. Hopefully we would need to supply the DN and service name to invoke the application. Could anyone help me with the steps how to do this?

It would able be beneficial if you share a document which will guide me through setting up in the voice gateway.

Hi

You need to set up your gateway like any other voice gateway.

The UCCX application has a trigger associated with it, and this is a diallable number. You just need to ensure that the gateway can reach that number, and the required config will vary based on the type of circuits/service you have attached to it.
