Restrict user from receiving external calls

I have a user with a DID that I need to stop him from getting external calls only from his DID.

I don't want to change his extension tho!

What is the best way to administor this restriction?

Put his DN in other partition and don't add it to the incoming CSS for the GW.

Modify the CSSs you might need for him to be reachable inside the company.
