Hello Everyone,

I have a cisco 3560 with IOS version 12.2(25r)SE1.

We buy a switch 3com for access layer, but, i need a help for configuring a GVRP feature to integrated the database vlans in the trunk port.

I see a problem, switches 3560 don't support this feature, it's true? Any idea for activated GVRP?

Thanks a lot.

Rafael,

No, you have to use native IOS on the 3560.

Hi Rafael,

GVRP was only supported in the CatOS not in the native IOS.  So yes the 3560s don't support it.  You can allow the vlans you need on the trunk.
