Time is not correct on Cisco IP Phones.

I have CUCM 7 (Publisher and Subscriber) i set the timezone on both the Servers to Asia\Kuwait

and i also set the Data/Time Group in CUCM to Saudi arabia-( GMT +03:00)kuwait,

but on my Cisco IP Phones its showing 10 Mints behind from the standard time

Like now on my cisco ip phone its 12:56 pm but current time is 01:06:52 PM, Tuesday 13, April 2010

Please guide me to sort out this issue.

If it's off for a couple minutes, then it's nothing to do with timezone.

Have you tried to reset the phone?

You may try the following:

1) Find out which CUCM server the phone is registered with.

You may find this information from CUCM > Device > Phone.

2) SSH into the CUCM server you found out in step 1 above/

3) Type command "utils ntp status" and post the output here.

4) Is the time in step 3 the same as the IP phone?
